Our mission is to create and cultivate welcoming
small group communities in various forms that pervade every
aspect of CMBC life and ministry.
This mission has a few parts:

Embrace and encourage small groups
of different forms that will be driven by our four values
(connection, grace, transformation, impact). |
| |
|
Encourage and equip small groups to
grow in numbers, develop apprentice leaders, and multiply to
make room for unconnected people (Ezekiel 34, Luke 15). |
| |
|
Develop humble, servant-leadership
to be practiced by small group apprentices, leaders, and small
group leader coaches (John 13:1-16). |
