form.” After you turn that in, you’ll be contacted
within two to three days for follow-up. We’re excited to get you
connected, and look forward to many blessings for you in small
group life at CMBC.
After completing the form, you
can submit it one of these ways:
- Turn it in at the Small Group
table in the Lobby on Sundays, starting September 16 and
continuing through October 7
- Or the Connection
Center/Information Table on Sundays
- Or mail or drop it by the
church office
