This is a vivid illustration of the good that can happen

when we commit to one another

to help each other come closer to Jesus.

The four friends and the paralyzed man

are a “community” (“small group”)

who were transformed by the experience

of coming to Jesus together.

The need… and the creative solution…

The surprising response of Jesus…

Observations about Jesus…

Observations about friends who care… (their “small group”)

Implications for our CMBC community…

We must seek the healing and transformation

only Jesus can give

by being committed to bring one another to Him

and by pursuing Him – together.
