The easiest way to register is to print out the registration here and mail it in or drop it off at the CMBC office. The registration form is available for online viewing in a PDF format. It must be opened using Adobe Acrobat® Reader™. Use this link to download the free Acrobat Reader.

Beginning April 20, you may also register at the KidFest table after the worship services at CMBC or stop by the church office to fill out a registration form.

Regardless of which method you choose to use, please fill out the registration form in its entirety and sign at the bottom of the form in the space provided. Completed registration forms may be dropped off at or mailed to the church office at 14273 NW Science Park Dr., Portland, OR 97229.

The payment of $10 per child is due by Sunday, June 15.
