Alpha is a series of discussions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. The upcoming course will be 9 weeks, starting September 9. Each session looks at a different question that people can have about faith and is designed to create conversation and is specifically for people who are not yet followers of Jesus but want to ask questions. Register online or at a lobby table August 25, September 1, or September 8. Contact Ryan with questions.
While baptism is not a prerequisite for salvation, it is a public declaration that our trust has been placed in Jesus and our lives are united with His (Romans 6:3-7). If you’re interested in being baptized on September 29, attend the class on September 24 at 6:30pm in the Student Center. You’ll receive more information about baptism, the logistics, and have an opportunity to chat with a pastor about your decision. Contact Lori with question.
Community groups are where we live in relationship with others. Fall groups are kicking off soon! If you aren’t in a group, now is the time to join one. Go online for a list of groups or to sign up, email Dan. You can also get more information at a lobby table August 18, August 25, or September 8.
Hops Game for Guys
